The room I stayed in on the ground floor had a wonderful balcony with sun loungers facing the pool and ocean view. The room was close to wooden floors, very clean, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas.

We loved the new renovations that were done after the hurricane. Virginia who greeted us with a warm welcome was there to help us with any needs or concerns that we had. The grounds are beautifully taken care of! With the vines that have beautiful blooms in the day and lights on at night. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool that has blue lights on at night. We love the location right next to the beach! Kko restaurant was right there for breakfast and lunch. Beach chairs with umbrellas on the beautiful Orient Bay!

The beach is gorgeous and Marvin and Jimmy takes such good care of the guests and setting them up and comfortable chairs with umbrellas and tables. June and Kim at reception to everything to ensure that, your stay is comfortable and help with all dining reservations and suggestions. The hotel is a perfect location for someone looking for a great beach getaway!

The staff it at the hotel were so wonderful and could not have been more helpful. Junior was great. getting us taxis and reservations to towels for the beach. I could go on and on.
